    !!!RUN DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!If you do not believe my story go to google search and type in Dealer Cost Car Audio complaints or reviews. There you will find several sites with tons of unhappy customers. My story starts in July and it is now December. Countless times I\ve been told they will ship as they say real soon or three to four days. I\ve even been speaking with the sales manager. I\m sorry but the worst of the bunch if you were to ask me and still I\m without speakers and it has been 4 months. you probably ask why wait so long. Well once I became leary of the company I did some investigating and found out that even trying to get a refund can be challenging per other customers. So hear I am SPEAKERLESS. I\ve now got BBB involved and hoping this will now get resolved \"please\"

    **BEWARE**DO NOT BUY FROM DEALER COST CAR AUDIO** I am a pretty laid back and understanding guy but this place is ridiculous. They are so bad that I actually think they are just an INTERNET SCAM. Here is the quick synopsis. I ordered a stereo and speakers for around 200 bucks. I get an email saying the items were shipped. A week later I call and get told the items were backordered. Hmmm weird. I give them a couple of days then decide to cancel my order. ?Long story short after NUMEROUS calls and emails, they have not refunded my money. Every time I call they tell me it?ll be refunded within the week?still no refund. I called my bank and the bank gave me my money and they are going to peruse it for me. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau?.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM?On top of all this they were rude and treated me like I was in the wrong?

    BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE !!!This is not a company but an organized group of people that will charge immediately for the purchase and do not ship the merchandise. They keep your money until you dispute the charge.I have contacts in UPS, and they could verify that this business initiates a shipping to get a tracking # but never ship anything, repeatedly.I was lied to for 8 weeks, with the same excuses posted by others in this list. Backorders, warehouse delays, etc.I called my Credit Card company and disputed the charge, which was taken from this business right away. The lady on the phone told me that they are aware of many disputes to this merchant.Robert Jones is the same guy writing e-mails and answering the phone (if they do).The positive reviews that you can find here are all written by their staff.I called the manufacturer of the product that I was waiting for, and they had no delays or backorders in any product.THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM, RUN BY LIARS. BEWARE.

    Please do not trust this website. They are some f+++++g liers and thieves. Do not buy anything. They charge all the goods to your credit card and never ship to you.

    Placed order on OCT15th, three weeks later they still don\t have the product. Their email says \"we will take care of it\". Requested to cancel the order. Their reply was \"we will try\". Until today they still won\t ship it or cancel it.

    I am disgusted that a company like this even exists. I\m so pissed off, that I feel like flying to California to punch those guys in the head. I\m generally a rational person, but I am beyond that now. I placed an order (for in stock items) in the beginning of September and it is now late November and have not received my items or a refund. They wouldn\t even agree to cancel the order for over 30 days. Now I keep getting promised a refund. Tomorrow I will leave work early and go to the bank and figure out whatever paperwork needs to be done to get my refund. I\ve had tons of emails and have waited on the phone for several hours dealing with the slime that works there. I\m just so pissed. I do not have time to deal with this crap.Do yourself a favor. DO NOT HAVE DEALINGS WITH THESE THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They charged my credit card immediately, even though the product was not in stock. After about a month with no clear indication if I would ever get the sound deadner I had ordered, I canceled the order, it\s now been a month and I don\t have my money back yet. THIS IS A TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS.

    Bought a Viper 5901 alarm system for my car. I received it promptly. Best news, free wiring diagrams for my specific make, model, and year of car was included. Free of charge. No other site can offer this, and no other site tries to. I don\t know about the rest, but I will always use them for all my car audio needs. The best, the fastest and the most thorough company I have dealt with on the web.

    I would recommend everyone not to buy in this store! I made my order in 2 month and they didn`t send my products yet! I bought 2 Alpine SPS-600 that never arrived!Don`t buy with thieves, so don`t buy in Dealer Cost Car!
