    Im sorry to hear of any dissatisfied customers of BPAV, since my first experience with them was SO amazing! I ordered a Magellan Maestro 4210 GPS system yesterday afternoon, paid the extra $5 for expedited shipping (4-7 business days) ... and the package arrived on my front doorstep this morning! Wow ... thats unbelieveable. Never expected the shipment THAT quickly. Ill definitely shop from BPAV next time!

    So far everything looks good. Shipping time will make my decision permanent. This merchant had good reviews and this was the reason for purchasing from them. A lower price was found but the merchant had not received very good reviews. Service is the name of the game. I wonder why some think they can stay in business not taking care of the customer.

    BPAV took awhile to find online. The more immediate responses either had no stock or DELL was in Asia! promising a 3-5 week delivery. This is a Canon dealership in Ohio which I had more trust in giving private information. They also had a sale on a memory card worth $10 that was a plus. Shipping and sales tax did not apply to my state. So I felt this was a good price for the camera.
