Checkout was easy and buyer protection seemed a priority. Seko shipping was slow but package was flawless and TV is beautiful.

Since the survey came up before I had even reviewed the final invoice with all the information it made it a bit difficult to answer these in the best possible way...you might wait or let a person come back to it after they review the document.

If the product is as good as the review, I wil be extremely pleased.UPDATE:The product is excellent, but there is a small grey smudge on the INSIDE of the screen. I will be contacting to have problem repaired.

HELLO;;;;;;I was very satisfied with the ordereing and the delivery. The TV arrived sooner than I thought it would. I was worried that the TV would be damaged, but it was not and works fine.The delivery was great. TV was unboxed, plugged in to see if it worked and all boxes, etc. removed. A very positive experience. Clay;;;;

Wanted to pick up at the warehouse not there when they said it would be then they would send it to me free of charge great right shows up broken because of lack of packing so I refused the TV then I wanted just to get a refund. Ten days later looked at my card statement no refund changed my mind thought maybe one more chance to for them to get it right asked to get another TV sent told they would call me back right. This place needs some CUSTUMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
