These guys are terrible. First of all the customer service is extremely rude. Second of all, it took me 3 weeks to get my refund. And 3rd of all I didnt get my shipment for darn near 10 days after I ordered it. Im so fed up with these guys. Positive: Great product, great price, they did everything they were supposed to do, but theyre SLOW!!! I would never order from these guys again, the cheapest way isnt the best way

Never received tracking info....site is set up poorly and tracking never worked, but I did get a refurbished monitor for $250 that every other reputable store had it for $800 and up!Seemed too good to be true, but then my monitor arrived! :)I will definitely shop here again if the price is right.

I first shopped with Directron when they were the only merchant that sold a required daughter board for a PC case that I had purchased at another merchant. Since then I have found that they have an excellent variety of merchandise in every category and their service has always been excellent. I often find items at Directron that were difficult or impossible to find elsewhere.

Couldnt ask for a better transaction. Placed an order on a Sat,got a confirmation on that Monday and order arrived on thatThursday in good shape. No problems at all.

Better notification of the need to and how to send in identification required from students if purchasing the student software. I only had to click a button that said I was a student and no further instructions were given concerning it. However my order was held until I called in to ask why my order wasnt shipped yet and if I needed to send in identification. However, it was wonderful working with Directron because they helped me and everything was fixed promptly. They were very polite.

I was amazed when I found the X3 Ultra 1000W Power Supply for only 189.99 at Directron. Thats a great price compared to $250 and above everywhere else. I cant wait for it to arrive!!!
