Vanns was great. I placed the order late Saturday night. I got my order on Wednesday. Everything was in perfect condition. On top of that they had the best total price anywhere. I found places for about 50 bucks less on the price, but they wanted $80 to $100 shipping. Vanns had free shipping putting them about $30 less than anyone. Cant ask for anything more.

I ordered an Onkyo TX-SR304 receiver on 04/15/08 at 11:29am.Received a FedEx tracking number at 7:22 pm and received the item on 04/18/08. This was with the regular "free shipping". You cant beat that for service.The receiver arrived in perferct working order and was exactly as described on their web site.Prior to ordering, I emailed a question to their customer service and received an answer the next day..(didnt send the email until 5 minutes before their closing for the day).Their communications regarding the order, keeps you informed every step of the way.I would highly recommend Vanns.com to anyone and intend to use them exclusively for my home entertainment purchases.

You cant beat their price and delivery service. I also appreciate the fact that they do not call you back and attempt to sell you additional or substitute merchandise. They double boxed my order for protection and provided free shipping and handling. I would certainly check them out again when ordering any merchandise that they carry. Thank you VANNS.

Several months ago, I was shopping for a home theater sound system and found just what I wanted at Vanns. Their price was by far the best I had found so I decided to order from them. The ordering process was very easy,shipping was free, the item was shipped the next day, and it was received in excellent condition ahead of expected delivery date. Because of this very positive shopping experience, I naturally checked Vanns prices when shopping for a Camcorder. Again, I found the best price at Vanns, including free shipping, and completed my order in minutes. Since I just ordered the camera a few minutes ago, I must wait to see if the rest of the process is as positive as was my first purchase from Vanns. I have confidence that it will be. When shopping for electronic equipment in the future, I will certainly first consider ordering from Vanns and will recomment that my friends and acquaintances do the same.
