    I was in the market for a Canon EOS 50D SLR Camera. I normally buy from B&H but they were only selling kits and I only needed a body. I found the camera body at Norman, sent them an email with some questions, and promptly got a response from Pat Norman. I called Pat and immediately placed my order. This was on Wednesday. I had the camera by 1 PM on Friday. Norman Cameras prices are competitive with the stores in NY and the service is 10 times better without the hassle. They will now be my first stop for my photo needs. As a matter of fact I am getting ready to place another order with them for a 1.4x converter. Excellent company. You wont go wrong buying from them.

    I placed an order for a Canon PowerShot A650 IS on a Sunday, the order was confirmed and shipped the following morning, and it arrived the day after that in excellent condition. Great prices for a new product; I would be happy to buy from Norman Camera again :).

    These guys ROCK! Stellar customer service AND competitive prices with none of the bait and switch you get from the majority of e-tailers. Highly recommended. Bought a Sigma macro lens a while back and ordering a macro ring flash today!

    Recently brought a Nikon D300 from this store. Ordered late Wednesday night the package arrived Friday morning. I was shocked that it arrived that quickly...i asked FedEX if somehow they gave me two day shipping or something but it was just what I ordered, regular shipping.Product came in tact and in great working order! GREAT store, GREAT customer service, GREAT prices and FAST shipping. Will definitely be buying here in the future!

    Ordering process was easy except for advertisement of total price of 106.94 on price grabber against the price of 109.94 on the website was misleading.
