Highly recommended. I placed my order at 2:00 am 7/16/08, got a confirmation email and another email at 12:10 pm 7/16/08 that the order had been shipped ! It was FREE shipping and the item arrived today 7/18/08 at 11:00 am in perfect packing and condition. No hassles or worries. Everything went smoothly. Norman Camera had the lowest price and on top of that they gave me a coupon to use for my next purchase for 5% off ! Id definitely do business with them again and tell all my friends about them too.

Placed an order for a accesory battery grip for my Nikon D300 at 12:30 and had it by 12:30 the next day with basic FedEx Ground. Online order process was simple, prices competetive, quick response confirmation via e-mail. Loved the service and definitely will recommend to others.

customer support is super, and friendly. Except the camera suck. The flash dosent work but dont blame it on the company it was the manfactureer fault for a crappy camera

I bought a Sigma 18-50mm F2.8 EX DC HSM-Nikon lens from NormanCamera and they had the best price I could find for this item. The delivery was relatively fast and the service was excellent. Im planing to buy another lens from this online seller since they have attractive prices, a good return policy and excellent costumer service.

I will gladly contact Norman Camera FIRST with my next photographic purchase. The salesman polite and informative about the camera in which I was interested, even though it is recently on the market. There was NO PRESSURE to purchase MORE items that I did not want, which is quite common among camera merchants. In just two days I got my new camera in perfect condition. I would certainly reccomend Norman Camera to anyone interested in a buying a camera or other equipment.

Fast Shipment + Best prices! Some online stores need you to call back to complete the order processes-try to sell you additional items. However, Norman doesnt ask me to call back. The process is completed online. Strongly recommended!

Quick shipping, got my camera case in brand new condition. Also the camera case I bought was not in stock in many other locations, Norman Camera was one of the rare merchants that carried it so I was skeptical about it, but it turned out to be the correct product.
