    TigerDirect is the best store for my computer needs. Prices are always reasonable compared to other stores and availablity is good.

    no problems.....I do have a problem: Main item was delivered OK in every way; second item was omitted, with no explanation. Phone complaint was answered OK, and now am awaiting delivery of that second item (Note that this was a special 45 day warrantey including technical support). The warranty has actually been honored, but I have been disappointed that it was omitted and with no explanation as to why it was not there.

    The checkout was slightly annoying because I had to click on Show Shipping Charges instead of having it just appear with the options.

    Tiger Direct is a great retailer. Shopping is easy,shipping is FAST! I have never had a problem with this retailer. They do not always have the LOWEST price, but are usually competitive,have good selection,and most items are instock.
