Electronique Plus was outstanding. They answered all my questions before the purchase. The item was ordered on a Friday and arrived the next Tuesday morning. That was fast!! Id use Electronique Plus again and recommend them to others interested in a high-end TV.

Looks like these guys are posting wrong price, when we order they say free shipping and add around 150 dollars for insurance for frieght which is more expensive than the regular price. So I cancelled the order

I was a bit wary ordering my Sony 52 inch XBR4 online given so many other negative reviews for other merchants. However this e-tailer does have an impeccable record at a certain well known auction site (ebay) which did make me feel much better. The whole experience from start to finish was easy and there was no pressured up-sell at time of confirmation (they asked about warranty / cables but did not push these items when I said no thank you). The item was shipped out the next day, tracking number was available the following day. The shipping service used was very professional and on time. Added insurance was worth the piece of mind as the unit arrived in FLAWLESS condition (US model with US warranty just as they promised). Saved a bundle... couldnt be happier.

When they showed up with the lowest price on a large plasma TV I wanted, I ordered it. They did not confirm my order immediately. Instead, when I called to verify the order, they tried to sell me some other sh-t. When I told them I just wanted the TV, they let me know that the TV did NOT include the base, even though the base comes with the TV from the mfr, they showed the base in their pictures of the TV, and every other seller includes the base. ITS A SCAM. With the outrageously overpriced base, they were no longer the cheapest. DONT WASTE TIME WITH THESE GUYS.
