Excellent service. Only issue concerned delivery time. Fed Ex could provide no information on time of delivery on July 3rd when I called them after waiting at home for five hours to sign for the package. I had to leave by 2:30 p.m., and if the package had not arrived by then it could not have been delivered until July 7th! Fortunately the Fed Ex truck showed up at 2 p.m.

Very easy and rewarding shopping experience. I placed my order on July 3rd and due to the holiday the order wasnt actually sent out until July 7th. Nevertheless, I received my new Fellowes paper shredder the next day! Thanks for the great service.
