The dog collor is not at all satisfactory. The tone part of the collor doesnt work. Maybe a short? The connection between the hand unit and the collor is non responsive?

This was my first and last order with them. I ordered 6 VE30LE WYSE units, and received 6 units. Five of the units were the right part and one was a totally different model. Of the 5 correct units 1 came broken in the box, and another powers on but wont boot up. I called customer service and the gentleman who answered told me he couldnt help and would have someone return my call, Im still waiting. So, on 5/5/08 I sent an email requesting 2 RMAs for the bad items and requested they exchange the item shipped wrong. I received a email back telling me they wont issue any RMAs and to direct my issues with the manufacture. (These were brand new items out of the box.) Antonline continues to ignore the item Id like replaced for the correct one. If you need to order something that Antonline carries, Id find another source and stay as far away from this company as possible. Once the sale is submitted youre on your own.Antonline doesnt even deserve a one star rating!
