Worked pretty well, but setting up the Shipping address was a pain. When it says "Use billing address" I thought I was all set, except that I had to change it to "Use Address below" before I could finalize the order.

I am a little concerned because I went to the Boise store and saw that it was "permanently closed". I am hoping online services are still available. I tried to call the 1-800 # and when I entered "3" for personal customer, the system hung up on me. I called back and pushed "1" for business customer and it said to call back during normal business hours. With all the store closures, it would be nice if the website offered some sort of reassurance to customers that the online store is still open

Kept trying to contact store in City of Industry. Tried the phone number given on line several times. Recording indicates this number has been changed. If so it should be corrected on your website. If I had not spoken to a sales rep at your main ordering center I would not have been able to place this order. He gave me the exact information I needed to order the correct merchandize. Without his help I would not have made the purchase.
