Great site and very user friendly. I shopped for the best deal for over an hour, all to come right back to the original MSGDigital site which I had opened first. Should\ve just bought it right when I saw it.

I was a little surprised to see my full credit card number displayed onscreen on the order confirmation screen. Im more comfortable with Xs and the last four digits displayed.

A snafu with no response to my emails had me ? the Co. I later found out they experienced a downed server had me question them from no response for quite a few days to return an item. After its repair the company both emailed and called to resolve the return of my item also refunding the shipping. They are redeemed and have great customer service from this demonstration of caring about my satisfaction.

As a first time user of MSG digital I found this website to be quick and easy to use, clearly laid out and very easy to process the order and then carry out the final confirmation. I also liked the fact that similar items on sale to the item I was looking for were listed in a side panel. Nice touch, helps to reassure me that I am not missing out on a bargain.
