Infinity Micro were very upfront about pricing, availability, and expected delivery dates of hot products for sale. For pre-ordered items they even upgraded standard shipping to 2nd day air for free. I will be back!

Ill admit I was a little hesitant about ordering from Infinity Micro with so few customer ratings on here in comparison to some, but given that they are actually a brick & mortar store I decided to give them a chance. I am happy with your service and plan to shop with you again.

Great customer service in which they actually Reply-To email issues and customer questions about their orders. - I love the merchandise selections that are good quality and shipping services that are very quick. Will definitely buy from again.

If I could give this merchant a 12 on a scale of 10 I would do it gladly! I ordered some products just recently and it was shipped to an old address on record. I called, informed them of the error, received an apology and a reshipment of the item with no charge to me. I was completely happy with how the issue was handled. Ive had many great experiences and deals with the interesting things these folks carry...and at prices a poor hard working stiff can afford.

Awesome company to do business with. I was happy to actually speak with a live person who understood exactly which products I needed and checked to make sure it was in stock before I ordered it. The free shipping was a nice touch and it arrived within 3-days in perfect condition.

My wife and I purchased an IBM Notebook last year. Turns out the battery was bad out of the box. Over the course of several months, we lost the receipt. When I finally called the store to see about getting a new battery, they couldnt find our purchase in their system at first but the clerks persistence and desire to help us out really meant something to me. The clerk who assisted us tried every trick in the book to find our purchase and was finally successful. I am grateful to infinity micro that they would be willing to bend over backwards for their customers.
