My rating is negative because I ordered an EEE PC online and could not complete the order because PC Nation felt the need to verify the purchase by calling me on a US based number because I was a first time customer. I work in the foreign service, so calling me in the US is not always possible. I canceled the order and proceeded with a different merchant - for $2 more, but less hassle.

I expected 3 days shipping.However, I ordered Aug 21 at night, and I will receive on Aug 28. I think it is later than regular mail.

Store should have a picture of item that it is selling. Also deplorable is shipping a scanner like the one I ordered in the original OEM shelf box with NO PROTECTION whatsoever. Thats really bad.

my tv came in a reasonable time frame / safely via fed ex / was simple to install : basically "plug and play " and i am delighted with this experience overall.

PC Nation will not match prices. I "overpaid" them $80 on a $320 external harddrive. Their attitude was "take it or leave it".

The ordering process was quick and easy. The estimated shipping date was great to see. My Garmin Nuvi was cheaper here than from other online or B&M stores. Overall, I would say I got a good deal. My package came on the day indicated and my CC was charged the day the order was shipped. Good people and good deal!

Ordered the Epson RX680 Printer on Sunday, Aug 9th 2008, knew they wouldnt process the order until Monday, received printer at 11:30 on Tuesday morning Aug 12 2008, that was next day service and I selected the FedX 3 day free service, now thats what I call service. Will definetly order from them again.
