    Been dealing with these people for a number of years and have ordered dozens of cartridges. Only a couple of bad ones over the years, and those have been replaced immediately. Quick shipping. Hard to beat prices. Excellent service.

    I actually had to call in because this was my first time ordering for this particular printer and your customer service representative (I didn\t get her name) was phenominal!!! It is great to see great customer service - something that has definitely gone to the way-side. : )
