    Four days after ordering the items still haven\t shipped. No phone number on the site. I got sucked in by a good price, it won\t happen again.Stay away. If they won\t release a phone number, you\ve got to wonder why.

    my order got mixed up someone else\s, found out 10 days later whenI began to research, their web site has no phone numbers, had to go to parent company impro.com which helped me find the problems, now they say they out of stock on this item 14 days later, very poor service, no way to contact them, BUYER BEWARE with this company, they just sub everything out,,,tonermax.com is really bad
