    I purchased an item from this company on the 5th of this month and have yet to receive a tracking number saying that the item has been shipped! It is now the 19th of this month and I have yet to receive a an email with a tracking number! I have tried calling them and it always goes directly to an answering machine, where I have left a message, but they didn\t return my call! This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with in all my years shopping online!
