    So far good, but I have not received the product yet. I have ordered it for over night delivery.Now I have received it. It did arrive the next day after I ordered it. They said it would be here before 3:00pm and it was here at 1:30pm. Great job. I will order from them again. Thank You

    So far a very good experience, but as a new customer it would be nice to save time by having a box to check that would repeat the Customer info for the Billing address if applicable.

    Very bad experience. Do not use this merchant if you are a successfull self-employed businessman who wants your order shipped to the hotel where you will be staying. This merchant refused to handle my order although my shipping address is a verified shipping address with my credit card company. They required me to provide the phone number of my employer, which is impossible since Im self-employed. When talking to them how to solve this, they were very arrogant and not willing to find a solution. Please note that their policy is very different from other companies.

    Cancelled an order with another website because they could not deliver on time. PC Nation was awesome, delivered on time and sent confirmation e-mails so knew exact delivery date and time.
