    I ordered 128MB Memory RAM to upgrade SATELLITE 490XCDT on 5th October 2009. Order no. 1265822. They took 51$ immediately off my credit card. I then received this message: Thank you for your recent order with Efetcher, Inc. To ensure compatibility, we will need your EXACT COMPUTER MODEL NUMBER. Be advised, we will not be able to ship these out until we receive your reply. I replied immediately giving my laptop model number and I never heard anything again despite several emails. In view of Mr Pascal\s similarly negative review earlier this year I can only assume this company is a bunch of \con\ artists. I am owed 50$. Ed Dennis

    A GREAT BIG THANK YOU!!! The product I was looking for was not only readily available, but it was the least expensive I\ve seen online or even at the major electronics stores. Check out was truly a pleasure. I\m a customer for life and I\ll recommend you to friends and family!

(Order ID is 1265444 )They charged it quickly on my credit card ( 51$) then and the order status became :Shipping Dock PrintedI received this message: Thank you for your recent order with Efetcher, Inc. Thanks.I answer as soon as possible my computer model number. Since I did not receive anything : no memory, no reply to any emails and no reply to any messages left on their site.I will be happy if I get my money back.bernard pascal
