I have ordered from RefurbDepot in the past, and I had a seamless experience. The Sharp TV that I ordered was more new than like new, and I will not hesitate to do business with them again.

I;m hopeing for a smooth sailing Quik Delivery. Until then I will be remaining alert and on edge.I Received the Product and knew at once it was Junk. The Battery was not chargeable,and was still in someone else,s name and not compatiable with anything. It looked liked they just picked it up out of the Trashcan and put it in a box they found on the ground.And returning it was like pulling teeth.Overall I lost $40.00 so far on what they term a restocking fee. I would not recomend this site to anyone. They are scamers.

Refurbished products are good. I prefer them because they have all been tested. Ive never had a problem with one yet.

Pleased with price after comparison, and warrenty. I selected for those two reasons. I needed additional info. and promptly found phone support. Anxious to receive my x-box 360 Premium.

This is my 2nd purchase from Refurb Depot. My 1st item was received as advertised, and it works perfectly. I am sure thatthis item will be in the same condition. We were so pleased withthe first item, this was the only place we looked when buyingthe latest item.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SHADY PEOPLE!My iPod arrived with lots of superficial damage--chipped case and "hold" button and a generally battered look. Soon, I found that the unit would randomly pause/play, even with the "hold" button on.Refurb Depot wanted me to pay S&H to return it for servicing. I told them that was absurd for an item received in defective condition. They refused to budge, so I said Id be returning it, for which they wanted me to pay S&H plus a 15% restocking fee. This is unacceptable for a defective item. Before they would issue me the required RMA, they wanted me to sign a form accepting their conditions. Ive never seen this from another site, and it indicates that Refurb Depot recognizes their shady practices. MasterCard told me not to sign the form, and this charge is currently in dispute. The few dollars you think youre saving at Refurb Depot arent worth the hassle, to say nothing of the shoddy look of their product.
