    I did a lot of online searching for the best price from a reputable dealer. After reading coments made by others on different websites and their BBB report I decided to give buydig.com a try.

    It literally took me two minutes to find the product I wanted and complete my order. Very easy.They did have that annoying "call us to verify" scheme to upsell some extra batteries, etc., but they werent high pressure about it and shipped my order the same day of the "verification".

    had a glitch with being shipped to the wrong address had to be shipped all the way back to their headquarters and reshipped - delayed arrival a number of days.

    Beware of this company, Ive bought all my cameras, over 10, all on-line. Ordered 1 Canon SD890IS from dbuys and got a confirming email. (basic email, no order details)I received a 2nd email requesting I call "to verify the order". I called and the guy wanted to sell me accys, stating "the stock battery only lasts 15 min". (this is total BS, they last hours). I told him I have 4 elphs and Id just like the camera please. He said Id have it in a few days.7 days later I called and spoke with a very nice person who found my order and said that it was delayed for some reason and that she would send it overnite.I called the next day and asked for a tracking number and was told that it didnt ship, I cancelled the order. Then they came on the line and said that she personally requested that it ship "as a favor", that they had only 1 unit left... At this point I thanked her and still cancelled my order, lost faith.Went to B&H, will have it in 2 days, really.

    I couldn\t find the camera that I ordered at any retail location, so I hope that I get this in one piece. My UPS guy is terrible. Packages arrive torn and broken if fragile, so this will be a real test to see if the vendor does a good job of packing and if it will accept a return if it arrives broken.
