Heidi at Powermax was thoughtful, efficient, and extremely professional. She provided the highest level of customer service both via email and telephone. I received a great Powerbook that has been flawless since purchase. Additionally, her technical support team helped me in setting up my machine properly. I enjoyed the experience so much that I am now going to be purchasing another Mac from Powermax for my home. After getting the runaround from gainsaver.com, I wasnt too confident in doing another online order for an apple laptop.I went ahead and made the purchase, and immediately was sent an e-mail confirmation as well as a phone call confirming my order.The next day, my order was shipped, and ups tracking number supplied.Very efficient, and prompt. Very pleased.

The Bill To and Ship To addresses are incorrect. I provided thecorrect addresses and they were correct in the original orderconfirmation I received from them. I spent extra money for express shipment 2 to 4 days, at day 3, they just place the order. Dont know when will receive the order. Need the product next day for my travel.
