    I like using the site...like knowing the quantity in stock. A relative new customer but so far am impressed. Wish shipping wasn\t so high, I\d order a lot more!

    Price was right. Easy to orderPapers were sent to Fedex, but package was never received by fedex. I had to follow up a number of times to get the vendor to realize what was happening. They wanted to wait longer to "see if box showed up at my house." this was silly since it was never sent. they would not expedite the second shipment with charging me extra. Too bad. My first thoughts still hold. The product was easy to order and the price was right, but the shipping situation was handled very poorly. I would think twice before using them again,

    Very easy to navigate, forward thinking of customer experience.Though it was easy enough to check the web site - I never received an email indicating the purchase or order number. Thats a feature you really need to have... As I work away from the home and office - access to a printer is very limited - so its nice to have an email for backup.

    Provantage charges a bit more for shipping than other sites but I usually receive items the next day when I choose UPS Ground. On the few occasions when Ive had to return items the process was painless and policies are clearly stated.
