Ordered without hassle and delivered promptly. Verified shipment by phone and arrived on day of verification. Well packed, could have been dropped by plane and survived.

First they said all is good with the order then the next day refuse to mail to me because I am a soldier serving in Afghanistan and will not change my billing address. I explained to them that I cannot have my addres changed because not a good idea to have credit card statements sent to the desert in Helmand and after they responded with I have to do what they say I canceled the order. They still put a hold on my credit card and refuse to remove it and are trying to force me into paying for stuff they never even shipped. Dont believe me then look them up on BBB.org They have multiple complaints against them. Mine now too.

placed order on a Sunday. Live on west coast but not in calif. Package was delivered on folling Tuesday. Best service i have ever gotten.

They didnt ship the product out for 10 days, even though the website said in stock. Product was dead on arrival and company refused to offer refund or replacement citing me at fault for the damage. They have not returned the product to me nor given me a refund. Credit Card company is currently investigating fraud with the company.

The order was placed on June 30th, overnight shipping. On July 5th I called the company, and they told that the item is backordered till July 16th. They website is still listing the item as available.

Ordered item and went to pick it up the next afternoon after they called me to say that it was ready. After 15 minutes waiting they told me they didnt have it. I wasted an hour and a half sitting in traffic. They still show the item "in stock" on their web site. Stay clear of these guys!

Excellent customer service! They answer their telephones and emails.I placed two orders with this company this month. Items were as advertised and in stock (or obtained within 24 hours). They allowed me to pick up in person since I live in the area. I viewed their operation upon picking up my orders on both occaisions and was impressed with the level of service and the professional atmosphere.I plan to do more business with them. Highly recommended.

I ordered an Asus motherboard online. Shortly afterwards I got a telephone call from an ATACom rep who said that my credit card number was missing some digits... so I gave him the correct information. At that point I was quite impressed with their response. Then I received an email stating that the item was no longer in stock. I went back to their site to look for a substitute, and found the same board listed, but now it was $21 more expensive! It feels a lot like a classic bait-and-switch.

Great service for product exchange.I have a motherboard issue three month ago. But this board which I bought from this company 2 years ago. I knew this board is out of warranty,but I loved to try.I called them and talked to customer service manager for couple times. Finally,they agreed sold me another new board with great discount. Excellent customer service and I will stay with them forever.
