I went to this company to order a phone with a sim card that I could use while I was in the Ukraine, my card was charged the next day and I have had absolutely no word at all about my order. Tried calling the telephone numbers listed on the site, and both were disconnected, tried sending emails to the company, the one I sent to support came back as undeliverable and have never heard from the other one. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE PERIOD!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DO NOT DELIVER THE MERCHANDISE!!!!

I ordered a apple iphone in 28/May/08 and it was paid via credit card.It was charged on 29/May/08,and since that date,the status of the order is "Paid-backorder".i tried several times to contact the company via email,and via telephone,and i didnt recieve an answer.Looks like that im not the only one mad with the methods of this company.Pls,dont buy anything on this website,because they are not serious with the clients.today is 25,and im still waiting for the phone,and i dont have any kind of news of him.

I ordered a phone on 6/6/08, my credit card was charged on 6/7/08 and I payed for 2 day shipping. Today 6/16/08 I am yet to recieve the phone and every time I call them I get an answering machine. I have not recieved a return phone call or email. I have now called my credit card company to dispute the charges as this company is a FRAUD!!!!!!

I ordered a cell phone from Global Phone Source on approximately April 5th. My credit card was charged on April 9th. I have made two calls to the company, neither of which was returned. The last two weeks their websibe indicated that the order was "in process-paid" Today I called to cancel the order and again the phone went unanswered. Before writing this review, I again checked their website and found my order can no longer to viewed. This company does not understand the concept of customer service please take your business elsewhere.
