    Placed an online order with 2 day shipping and have not recieved any conformation re shipping/ tracking. Tried to call support and but they told me the only way to contact support to track package is via email. The \"click here\" online chat button is a dead link. I FAXed support and emailed support with no reply.Would be VERY cautious of using this site.....

    It has been a whole month now and still no e-mail no item NOTHING at all from them. This company is HORRIBLE. Please NO ONE out there do any type of buisness with them, they are the worst company in the world to try to do buisness with. There is NO communication with them and I truly feel that they are just a big SCAM, they really have not merchandise but they still try to sell things. Thank God for the paypal people that finally got my money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

    DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!! This was a horrid experience. They did not keep me up to date on my package. They would not call me back after I called them. PLEASE do not buy from them. I am still waiting to see if they follow threw and credit my account.

    Having an 866 phone# helped. I usually avoid purchasing from businesses I dont know much about but being able to call made me feel more comfortable. It would have been helpful to have the photo of the car audio and more descriptions though. And now that Ive received the wrong product & it seems I have to pay for the shipping back, I know why I prefer to stick with companies I recognize.

    Ordered items with no problems at all but got a call and email the next day stating one item was missing in the bin. They offered similar items at the same price which I accepted and my order was shipped. I received the tracking info the next day and my stuff was delivered as expected. Accidents happen and they handled it quickly. Ill deffinetly be back again.
