    I just bought 2 pairs of speakers for a great deal. I had some problems checking out, a website error as I understand. I called the number and CS was excellent. They confirmed the error on the site, took my contact info and called me back in less than 30 minutes to tell me all should work now. It did, checkout was effortless, quick, great. It\s great to know that if you encounter problems, there is someone out there ready to help. Thank you very much, I will shop with you again.UPDATE: The speakers arrived within 4 days. They came in in pristine condition, no problems what so ever. Thanks for all the help!

    Ordered Yamaha receiver supposed in stock. After 13 days, shipping info indicated order was still \"in process\" Attempts to email this vendor were unsuccessful, they would not answer. I cancelled the order via email and they responded and said they cancelled the order and would REFUND MY PURCHASE PRICE. They had charged my credit card even though they had not shipped or answered AFTER 13 DAYS.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
