The return fee is a bit excessive @ 20% There are several companies who do not charge a restocking fee. Customer service was very rude. On the website they make you agree to terms in order to proceed with the return process. Otherwise you cant get and RMA. To many good companies out there to hassle with this one.

This merchant did everything right. They had a low price on the item I purchased. They packed it well. They shipped it UPS which is much more reliable than USPS and they delivered it to my door in 3 days. I could not ask for any better service! I would definitely recommend this merchant to anyone.

They are absolutely theieves. I changed my mind after I placed the order and they said refused shipment will cause me double the shipping charge, even though they said they will not provide proof that they paid for the return shipping. I shipped them back the item unopened in their box and they still charged me the "mandatory" 20% restocking fee. How do you restock an item when it is unopened and sealed? Bottom line is I will never buy from thethievesgroup.com. I would much rather spend a little more with someone with better customer service.

We needed a new 4 lined cordless phone system for our law offices. We received as orered the RCA sytsem, but in May we tried to return the RCA because it it so faulty that our clients complaint about echo and not to understand us. Because we did not save the boxes and the 30 day guaranty it could not be returned. The product has a warranty of 3 years. Result, we have to take legal action vs. RCA, but expected that the Twistergroup avoids this and delivers a Panasonic which we have now and it works. Service not acceptable even if legal.
