The web site kept changing my name in the ship to area. Your address checker just rejected it each time I corrected my name. I have to call customer service to correct my name each time that I order. This is a waste of my time and your time!

not used to having to pay extra to expedite order. other sites tell ypu that if you submit your order prior to a certain time, the order WILL be shipped same day. I paid you $2.99 for this service. But I needed this product fast, so I selected this option any way.
