Softwaremedia.com is a very good company to deal with. It was easy to place the order,follow up on the order and when FEDEX could not find my house I received a phone call from Softwaremedia and the problem was resolved. Everything worked really well and I will order from Softwaremedia.com again. I am a very satisfied customer.

Do not buy from them! They charged my credit card, but had FedEx return the product before I ever got it. No one notified me. This could cost me a job. I ordered Office 2003 for a project that begins on 05/12. I choose softwaremedia.com because the software would be delivered no later than 05/12. But they charged me and took the product back before I even got it. According to FedEx & my credit card company, this is what happened. 05/07 - Product shipped & my credit card was charged05/09 - 7:46 am - Product was in my city & scheduled for delivery 05/09 - 8:40 am - Softwaremedia.com called FedEx & told them to return the product 05/10 - Contacted FedEx & learned product was returned05/10 - Contacted my credit card company, learned the charge has not been removed, & launched an investigation This company put me in an awful position. I been ripped off and do not have the required software needed for the job that begins 5/12.
