I would highly recommend shopping here - The only caveat was that shipping wasnt explained fully - No mention (as I recall) that the order could be split up and sent on different days. Not really an issue for me, but could potentially be for someone else. However, this company DID have the item that very few people had in stock (AMD Phenom 9950 CPU), and at an extremely competitive price. I plan on purchasing from them in the future!

The orders items were shipped in two different packages. It would be great to get information about which tracking number relates to which order item.

1/2 the order was shipped, I was billed in full. At the time of the order, all items were stock. Just checked and the missing item is still stock.I sent two emails with NO responses. TheNerds does not return emailsVery poor customer service

I was very disappointed with this experience.To use the special flat shipping rate,I had to reach a minimum of $100. No problem and I did comply willingly to these terms.I placed the order on a Sunday night at 11pm -July 6,2008.There was no way to figure out what paper the roll towel dispenser took in the web site. I immediately called the next morning.I told the person to kindly add the paper to the order. He said it could not be done with no reason other than it can not be processed at this time!The bottom line is that I still do not know what type of paper to use with the dispenser and still waiting for the person to let me know and send the paper rolls for the dispenser.It is still in the box.Anything to have the paper sent would be appreciated by us.Thanks alot

The responsibility of shipping has to fall on your company. I realized you dont directly perform this duty. In checking FedEx tracking I was led to believe delivery was the day indicated, but this was not the case. I also find FedEx drivers to be rude and always in a big hurry which lends to being concerned how my package is handled.

I have one question. I wanted a complete BLACK unit to blend in with the decor of the room, your website stated it was Black but when I received the stand it was a chrome body with a black shelf. Do you make a complete Black unit??? Please respond. Thanks.
