    Smooth experience and lightening-fast delivery. I had it shipped to my office-- they called to verify. More companies should do this. Will order more from this company.Thanks for the great service and added security!

    THIS COMPANY TOTALLY SUCKS BIG TIME!!!!! DONT EVER USE !!!Ordered a printer on MON. Told 3-5 days to receive. Left town on business expecting my order to be here when i returned. Upon my return, NO ORDER. Found ANOTHER email stating I had to reply to this email to confirm that I wanted my order. If I did not want the order I would NOT have placed it in the first place. After I confirmed it ONCE AGAIN, I then received ANOTHER email telling me my order would be shipped within 5 days. NOW, almost TWO weeks before I can expect my order to be delivered. THIS COMPANY TOTALLY SUCKS. Would NEVER use them EVER again. Received my order from another company in the stated time and without all the extra email hassle. STAY AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS !

    Ordered a laptop on july 3rd, 43 items in stock at the time, got contacted on the 7th if I would authorized shipment without signature upon delivery. I agreed and then received 3 hours later an out of stock message. Furthermore the message claimed it due to being a promotional item (not listed at time of purchase). Sales person would not resolve issue. Will not buy from this irresponsible outfit again and advise others against it.

    Ordered a HP printer on Sunday the 20th and had it sitting outside my house on Wednesday the 23rd with free shipping. Considering Monday was a holiday for some, I was extremely pleased. I would buy from them again with no reservations!!

    I have never had a more stressful time when ordering a laptop. I ordered an ASUS laptop, twice from them the first time I made the mistake with the billing address. I went to change it or cancel it and was not able to, I got a simple email stating that the order couldnt process past billing address with no instructions on what to do. I called up the person who emailed me through customer support twice, did not pick up, left a message. Never got a call back, then I made another order since this one was not going through with everything correct. Same problem, unable to process, i call again, leave a message. No response for two days. I email her and she just tells me that there out of stock of the product. Thats great....
