    Ink cartridge bundle not compatible: Specs are wrong or the lot is mislabeled. Since this is a common all-in-one inkjet and the replacement cartridges won't work in any of this model, it's unlikely they are unaware of the problem - "We rely on the manufacturer's description" doesn't cut it. Less expensive (time/money) to replace at retail or order a new printer than hassle w/ the return wasting more money. No excuse for this.

    Exceedingly slow response times to order-- entire process took close to thirty minutes, with DSL. I read a newspaper cover to cover while waiting for each page to load.
