    Initial problems using new HP Laptop resulted in 12+ hours both in Troubleshooting W/HP (about 3 hours), and loading software repeatedly (9 Hours). Problem required a full reload of software from CDs but this action was the last approach HP recommended. They first took remote control anf TS for 2+ hours before suggfesting a system Recvoery be performed. This hung after 1 Hour and was asked to repeat this two more times before being advised to do a Software reload. Not happy with HP support.
