Odered one week ago, have only received an Order Confirmation email ( same day ). Paid UPSP Priority. No other emails. No Tracking number. No phone number to call. Only email address. Sent email around 9:30 a.m. CDT. Its now 12:30 p.m. with no response, not even an Automated email. (10-10-2008) Update- After several other emails, We were finally given a Refund on our Credit Card as the product never arrived.

Was unhappy with the fact that they dont provide any way to track the progress of my order. The web site offered no information, so I sent an inquiry. They did respond saying that the item was shipped, but again did not provide a tracking number. After 12 days since ordering I still have not received the order.

The product was slightly damaged on delivery. I received very prompt response to my issue and the problem was correctly quickly. I fixed the damage myself and received a generous $20 back for my troubles

Order was confirmed and charged, but not shipped after 5 days, no feedback about status. So far one of the worst experiences, which in general seem to be getting worse, too many \"websites\" must be selling the same item

I was under the impression my order was going to be shipped in 5-7 days. After i purchased the item, I waited approx 7 business days and emailed digital4cheap. When they returned my email, this is what it said:Thank you for the email. Your order has shipped.Thank you, Digital4Cheap The package arrived on the 25th of August.Everything was good, i was just uncomfortable about not knowing if my package was going to show up. I would think a tracking number would have easedmy wait.other than that everything was great!ThanksDave

I wanted to call to assure that the item is in stock but they do not list a phone number. Estimated delivery was not given. Expedited shipping options were not listed. Today is Sept. 12th and I DO NOT HAVE MY ORDER YET!
