Im very impressed with PC Connection. This merchant maintains a professional and easy-to-use website, my product was delivered in a timely manner, my product was just as described, and the packing was excellent. Ive already recommended this merchant to others. My rating is 10/10!!! Ill definitely shop with this merchant again.

I really enjoy my shopping here at PC Connection the service is amazing and I have had no trouble with any of my products so far and the warranty that you give is terrantal. I think that this is an excellent online store and would defiantly recommend it to all of my friends.

The Order page kept requesting a correction of my first name even though it was spelled correctly( as if I don\t know how to spell my name). It was irritating but I finally select \"continue\" and was able to proceed with checkout.

Could be better at who is the shipper, Fedex, UPS, USPS, etc. The shipper might package the product better but at least it wasnt damaged although the bubble wrapped envelope was in bad shape.

Item shows as "In Stock" on the PC Connection web site, but immediately after placing order the item shows "Backordered" on my account. When I call their customer service, the lady says that she has no idea when the item will be in stock and cant provide me with any estimated shipping date. She said it could be at least "a week or two" before it is back in stock. She claims this is because I live in California, and it must ship through one of their warehouses that is out of stock.If youre in a hurry, might want to call them and confirm that they actually have what you are looking for. Ill probably cancel and re-order through someone else that I know is reliable, like NewEgg.

I purchased some RAM memory and a netbook computer with PC connections. The product was configured with a larger hard drive and a higher capacity battery as compared to what my other leading vendors offered, bassically at the same price. The speed of shipping this order exellent. I have bbok-marked their home page. I plan to use PC connections as my first stop vendor when purchasing bundled products
