they never shipped my ordered items. they never wrote me or called me about the order i placed with them. they only held my money from credit card and thousands of dollars was not able to use for a week. i was pissed off. i do not think they keep the item in stock and in real business. i didnt get any customer service.

1. No expected time noted on Web page nor eMail. 2. Recieved package on my estimated time of arrival. 4. Suggestion: Package box too long (13.25") and wide 12.25"), but height 2-1/8") was almost the same size as the iPod box inside which, I thought, can get crushed easily. Using little higher and smaller box probably will be cost effective. Overall very satisfied with customer service and merchant in general.
