    Actually the product I ordered was described incorrectly and I will have to return and re-order the correct product. I even talked via email with a representative to be sure I was ordering the right product.

    The companys expected shipping time range (1-3 days) and the FedEx Ground shipping time range (1-7 days) means I could have my items in 2 to 10 days. This is MUCH to wide a range and does not give me confidence that my items will arrive on time.
