    onSale offered the best prices I could find at a well reviewed site, and the shipping charges were extremely low even before the gimmicky rebate.

    The first transaction with a new merchant is always a bit worrisome. I was a little concerned because of some of the negative feedback that was recently posted, but the specific issues they discussed and the fact that the merchant responded made me decide to give it a try.I am glad I did. My items arrived as advertised and were indeed brand new, sealed the original box. The price was unbeatable.The ordering process was a little bit odd, with OnSale calling you to confirm the credit card transaction. If they cannot reach you, you will be given a brief (3 letter) code which you are asked to send back to them by email or phone to complete the transaction.Ive purchased many things online, but this was a first. However, if it helps to keep the prices this low (by reducing credit card fraud?) then I have no problem with it. Be careful which phone numbers you provide, though, in case your purchase is intended as a gift for a family member. My wife nearly got suspicious :-)

    After I selected the product to buy I had to create a new user id. That was OK. But, after I did that, the site forgot what product I wanted and I had to reselect it. Also, after I entered my credit card info it took a long time for the site to go onto the next page. I found out later that it was querying my credit card info. It would have been nice if the site had responded with that info so I knew what was going on and why it was taking so long.

    I intered your web site by Google on the item purchased. I havent been to your site before and can only rate you on the purchase procedure which I found to be excellent.

    I have just ordered the Items so dint experience the whole process as of yet. I would sue say that the Mail In Rebate is more confusing... it would be great if the process is simplified.... Let me see if the Mail In rebate works outThanks again

    Rebates for shipping are bunk, JUST DISCOUNT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!. Verified by VISA is an anoying extra step
