    Best Price and easy to use. The price on my item though was always $10 more than shown on the page to navigate to this merchants site.

    easy enough to order, although they didnt indicate any shipping and/or delivery date. I guess well just see when it arrives??? Lowest price on the item I could find anywhere.

    Bought a 42 inch Panasonic plasma TV at the best price available, which is great, and the service was outstanding. Emails all along the way telling me what stage the process was at. That was fantastic. Within ten minutes of ordering on line, I had three emails as to the progress made. My TV arrived the following Tuesday. PcRush saved me $180, and couldn\t have been easier. Your reputation appears well earned, and I will be back for more. Thanks! :-)

    It would be helpful when at the point you will put your credit card info in, to have a button to go back and continue shopping. For instance, bought the printer..got to this point and wanted to order ink also. Just easier for a link to go back and purchase more and get back easily.

    Purchased a SAMSUNG 40 INCH LCD TV and could not fault the great service I got from Pcrush. I was kept notified and updated every step of the way. The prices on their website means that I will definitely be shopping with them again.

    Item was listed as \"in stock\" on their website. I placed my order which was then confirmed. A day later I got an email saying that \"in stock\" doesn\t really mean that, they only put that to try to \"clear out their warehouse\" or something. My order was canceled. Needless to say, I will not bother with this company again.

    My first buying experience was thoroughly satisfactory. The only thing that was going to stop me giving a top rating throughout is that their price wasn\t the best -- though, of course, they did have stock so they get top marks.

    Quite good experience except delivery was two days earlier than I expected it, this normaly would be a good thing except that it needed a signature.
