Ordered LN-T4081F Samsung TV on 7/2/08 at $1,599.00. price reduced on 7/4/08 to $1,488. I called on 7/7/08 to check for the shipment and ask if I can get credit of $111.00 for the reduced price since the order didnt ship out. They give me the credit, I received the TV on 7/10/08. Everything has turned out great, I am very happy with my purchase.

Initially the transaction was straightforward and easy. I need to praise Home Theater Store for actually honoring the price displayed on PriceGrabber. It took some time to actually receive a working TV... Not any fault of the store, but a result of the distance and method of transit. The return process was longer than I felt it should have been, but in the end the vendor definitely had good intentions.

The Sony 46 XBR 5 is great and the transaction was painless.I did not have to call a number to upsell me another overpriced product, it was order online and delivery to my house.They really pack the tv well standing straight up on a pallet and strapped down covered in plastic wrap.

Was told that if it was in my cart, that I would get the price listed. He said it went up since yesterday. So I ordered it and saved over $150.00. I was of course skeptical about buying a TV spending $2949.00 online. However everything has turned out great and I am very happy with my purchase, my product and the store which I purchased it at.

HTS did an excellent job getting this TV to me. First it was strapped to a pallet and arrived in perfect condition. TV worked perfectly and Im very happy with this seller. When in the market for some electronics Ill consider HTS again.

Great price on a big-screen tv, and almost flawless transaction process. The only glitch (a minor one) was that although listed on the invoice as "ready to ship," the product seemed to languish on the loading dock for three days before it actually went out. I began to wonder if the set really existed in their inventory and called--after which the shipment went right out.I am most pleased that there were no symptoms of bait-and switch; no required call-back to "confirm the order" where they try to sell you more things. Just a straightforward internet transaction where everything works; friendly people on the line when you call; and no nonsense. Thanks, Home Theater Store!

Purchased a Sony LCD TV from Home Theatre Store. The television was delivered within 7 days of placing the order. Shipping was free and was sent via Yellow Freight. I was a little reluctant to have something as delicate as a flat panel TV shipped to me sight unseen, but the tv is in perfect condition. The box was tethered, upright, to a pallet with steel cording. Will most definitely recommend this retailer, and purchase from the Home Theatre Store again.
