    I ordered a Sony Str-da5300es receiver from this company. My decision was based on price and the high satisfaction rating shown in these reviews. I ordered on 8-13-08 and had my unit by 8-19. I received a total of 4 emails from A.E. They acknowledged the order the same day and let me know that it had shipped and included a tracking the next. The unit arrived in good shape and was new and not a gray market item. I am very happy with this company and will not hesitate to order from them again. The only thing that bothered me was the packaging. It was shipped with the manufacturers box inside another box that was only an inch or two larger than Sonys box. This allowed for only a very few packing peanuts to be used for padding. When I opened Sonys box a couple of the foam inserts had in fact broken but the unit itself looked and has performed fine. I would think that a $1k+ receiver would deserve more substantial packaging. Also no signiture was required to prove delivery.

    Placed an order for a Yamaha receiver 663. At first was very skeptical as I had never used this store. Just ordered as the deal was good and reviews from most of the buyers were positive. I included the quick shipping for an additional $7.95 and sure enough received a tracking number from the seller with in a day and half. After receiving the product, I was happy to see the packaging as the seller had taken care to put the origiNAL MANUFACTURERS BOX IN another packaging. Product inside was new and worked perfectly fine for my entertainment. Thanks..!!!
