Received my TV with no problems on date as promised. I took the faster shipment and insurance package deal which covered return shipment should the TV stop working days after initial delivery. I should have asked to see the wording on the insurance policy just to be sure what was covered. Other than that the experience was fine with this merchant and I would use them again.

My only negative thought about this transaction is that it took too long to ship the receiver (nearly 3 business days). Of course, I did choose the free shipping option so I dont suppose I could expect much more. Nevertheless, "more" is what it takes to get a 5 star rating. Communication was excellent and I got a killer deal on a great Sony receiver. These guys are great for the best price option.
