    I was originally not notified that my order would take longer if i made upgrades to the base configuration. Being an individual who likes instant gratification i called to check on the hold up and it was due to the upgrades i would have been nice to know this information before placing the order. A feature to talk to sells people via live chat would be helpful

    The only thing I was dissappointed in was I came on to the site to purchase a single license of Microsoft Office Student and you only offer a 3 user license.

    Overall a good experience - however I was on the site earlier, and the site was having trouble - it showed an Apache 404 Error message - about an hour later it was back up and running...waiting for my stuff now! ;)

    Thank GOD you still have OS10.5.4 for sale. Sheesh. 10.6 comes out and Apple dumps all previous OS software. Yay MacMall!
