    Shipping info was a little ambiguous, it might help if the shipping options were displayed before the shipping address has to be selected... I changed my shipping address from paypal to a physical address, only to find moments later that Priority mail was my best shipping option, at which point I had to change it back...

    The prices are below Apple Store which is amazing. I called Apple to ask about order for only 2 Mac users and they wanted me to place my order for the Snow Leopard OS...when I told them MacMall is $4 cheaper, Apple didnt want to match the price.

    I have always used MacMall for all of my computer hardware and soft ware purchases. They have the best prices and service than any other on-line vendor.

    Everything seemed well laid out. The process for ordering was very straight foreword and simple. My only compliant is that I would like to see next to the shipping options when the date of estimated arrival of my order would be.

    This is my first time using MacMall, and so far its gone really well. I had trouble using the search engine to find exactly what I needed - I was looking for an external dvd drive and ended up with a mix of accesories, actual dvds, thumbdrives, etc. That part could be improved, but the prices are great!
