    I tried to update my phonr number on the billing notice and was sent back to home page, so billing phone number is wrong.

    Great price on deals - but mail-in rebates are a poor discounting method. Prices on regular items (not sale, clearance, etc.) are just so-so.

    The site was not complecated and easy to negotiate.The only problem I find with the site is the absence of having the Sales tax included in the final price.That has a hidden potential bombshell. I may not be able to afford the increase.

    i have had problems with rebates in past. hope it wont be a problem this time. i made mistakes but you dont make it easy either. suspect that is the intent.
