    I would like an explanation of shipping charges (how long each one takes) so I could gauge 2nd day vs. ground shipping.Also, the quantity kept changing on me - at one point I was ordering FIVE laptops even though I never touched the button. Other than that, an easy site to navigate with easy to access rebate forms. thanks

    Simple, clear check out process. A little confusing with all the rebate stuff and how they are displayed ... but so far, no complaints. Best thing is that they saved me money on an iMac.
