    Had a little problem getting pages to load with netscape and firefox...safari seemed better.

    Looks good. But it would be better if the EST shipping data was on the web page so I didnt have to call. I only knew this info because I called previously.

    The double security of a $1.00 charge was a little annoying. Dont I pay the credit companies enough. But I dont think this is your doing------I could be wrong.

    I found ordering the additional rebate process confusing as to when to add to cart and then when I ordered the ipod I noticed the rebate item I wanted wasnt listed, so i ordered another case and finally at the end the case came up I wanted as out of stock
