Is taking a while to check out. Unhappy, because was promised a rebate for taking this survey. The rebate helped me decide to purchase this product. NO REBATE!!!! Dont fall for it.

As indicated in previous negative reviews, this is a bait and switch retailer. The price was considerably lower for the microwave I was attempting to buy because it is clear they never intended to sell it, just hit you with the "back-ordered" email and attempt sell you more expensive items. I even logged on right after the B&S email and they Still showed the item in stock. Take your business elsewhere.

There was tremendous incompetency when I placed my order. I was told to place my order on their website, but the website was down and would only verify that only after I had placed my entire order. I was promised immediate shipment, but as of 3 days later, I cant verify that my order has been shipped, even after 5 phone calls to customer service.

while ordering was easy and the said it was IN STOCK on their web site, within hours I got an email that it was OUT if stock. A call to customer service got me nowhere. I would NEVER use this site again. Totally unreliable. Bait and Switch.......
